MUAHAAHA. Both of this chucklehead's crap auctions have been nullified and zapped into the ether by eBay. The original link is dead and searching the seller's past auctions yields no iphone auctions...only a fugly handbag he used when he was crossdressing. But on the other hand, I already passed a lot of people in the meantime. To bad I can't use any of the Dell's at work, then I could have given you a run for your money. They new ones are all i7's at 2,93 GHZ with a good GPU, 8 GB of ram and SSD's. So, CPU and GPU folding possible. But we need the processing power ourselves as we're a big architectural firm and need to keep the power usage as low as we can as we're already maxed (old building and the city just can't provide us with more power).:(

ok. its now running from a 320Gb sata drive!
I left carbon copy cloner running all night to make the bootable copy.
I was a little bit worried about leaving all night as I could not watch the temps. I guess I'm just a bit worried I may have screwed up the thermal paste. But no, it survived showing 52deg when I checked this morning.
Especially because it's a file server you should be running Nap on it. Someone around the PowerPC forum here posted a link to CHUD 3.5.2 which is what you need for Nap to work on an MDD. I forget exactly which thread though. Your idle temps will be in the low 40's then.
When I used to have a dual 1.42 and dual 867 MDD I ran nap on both and also rigged a second 120mm fan on the back of the case. With the extra 120 on the back the same 867 model you have was down in the high 30's when idle and never higher than maybe 48C even under heavy load for hours. Used only as a file server though the CPU's will almost always be idle. Even a single 350MHz G4 would be plenty of power for a file server.
So to sum up.. using nap will help keep the CPU's even cooler than cool and give them many more years of life to power your file access.

Alright so I jailbroke my iPod touch 3rd gen with 4.2.1 using Redsn0w, and installed cydia just fine, however while using cydia the iPod shut off unexpectedly, now as I'm trying to "Just boot tethered right now" the jailbreak gets stuck on "exploiting with limera1n". Help please?

There are no CDMA providers in my country. So if the iPhone 5 is not released soon, many people will switch to Android smartphones. But they will be so dissatisfied that they will buy the iPhone 5 when it comes out. (This really is the attitude of my fellow countrymen) I will just wait and see.
