The only question i have is, my employer though a bank, is not willing to give me a copy of my I140 WHATSOEVER. I tried numerous times and they only say that the attorney (FRAGOMEN) has advised not to give the copy of I140 to the beneficiary. With the banks you know..they may be around or shut any time.
Can you please advise, COPY OF I140 IS REQUIRED, for porting the priority date to new employer?

You can file a FOIA request to get a copy of your approved I-140. There are other folks in this forum who have done that successfully.

If the name check is over and they can also assign a visa number to low hanging fruits and give out a GC... I don't know whether its linked to PD or Receipt Date because there were posts about EB2 05 getting GC...:confused:

She could have filed I9 form on the last day or penultimate day of work. Straightforward thing to do is employer giving her a termination letter or her submitting a resignation letter on the last day of employment.

Not a word said about this I485 fiasco on the two mostly watched networks (CNN, ABC). Why can't we try to get their attention in this matter. Please suggest ways of getting this published in the above networks.
I sent emails to CNN, ABC. NBC, FOX and know of atleast 2 more people who have done so. They are busy covering what Paris did in jail and why bush let libby out ..

My labor cert priority date is Aug 21, 2006 and my 140 EB2 was filed in Dec 20, 2006 and I received the RFE last week from NSC.
I did complete the masters program but did not have the official certificate in hand. On my certificate and official transcripts - the date of graduation is the day the certificate was issued - which is Jan 2007 - which is the graduation date according to the verbage.
One of my friend got his degree certificate after 3 years but in his case he had to submit his final project (without which they would not consider the course complete)... in your case if you have completed all requirements then all you have to do is get an official letter from your school supporting your claim (that you completed all required courses in time), i think that should suffice...
Go with what your lawyer suggests

Don't worry about this. My husband too got a similar RFE with regards to employment verification. Your wage being higher should not pose any problems to you. I believe this kind of RFE is more rampant now considering the economy and the recession we are in.

If you move while this case is pending, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 to update your address. You can use our processing dates to estimate when your case may be processed by following the link below. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case by registering in the link below.
Any idea, what would be the possible reason for this? Please advice.

I remember getting a similar email for H1B some 2-3 years back even though my H1 was approved and I already received the I797. No issues though, they just sent another I797. :)
I guess this can happen if their Database was restored to an older backup. So they had to go thru some of the processing again.

Can someone please confirm if "Card Production Ordered" email from USCIS mean my 485 is approved and I have gotten GC ?
I have only got this "Card Production Ordered" email and not an email specifically saying "485 approved". How long does it take after "Card Production Ordered" email to get actual card.
Also if May bulletin is Unavailable it still means that GC;s issued if your date is current in April are valid ? My email came yesterday same day as the new May bulletin ?
If I remember right from your older post you are the one who was waiting for some 15-18 years right ? You deserve it. Congrats my friend and enjoy your life ahead.

For a long time, between 2001 to late 2004, All PDs (EB1-EB5) were current. Main reason for this was, labor certification used to take 2-4 years during that time. If you do not have labor certification coming out, you always have visa numbers available. Just when PERM hit, retrogression came in to the picture.
